I have forgotten my Password/How do I reset my Password?
1. Go to www.uveler.com
2. Click on 'Log In'.
3. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
4. Enter your username or your valid email address.
5.Click on 'Reset Password'.
*A message will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
6. Click on the link in the email.
7. You can now enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
*Your new Password MUST be a minimum of 6 characters, plus include at least one capital let-ter.
8. You can now log in using your new Password.
When will my booking be sent by e-mail?
Your booking order will be sent 10-15 minutes after your order. If it has not arrived, check also all your spam and advertising folders (e.g. Outlook, gmx, gmail, mobile phone), sometimes our e-mails end up there as well.
You will receive your invoice in the same e-mail with your booking confirmation.
How can I postpone or cancel a booking?
Deadline cancellations or changes of dates can only be made during the allowed maximum peri-od shown in the description of the activity purchased. Please advise the supplier by writing an email or by phone as early as possible for any changes. The contact details of your supplier can be found on your booking confirmation email.
Please note that the consent is entirely in the hands of the respective supplier. The direct contact has always proved to be a good way to discuss the issue with the supplier.
What should I do if there are no dates for my desired experience?
Due to seasonal or weather dependency or even very high demand, bottlenecks may occur dur-ing isolated experiences. If, in exceptional cases, no appointments are available after a long time, please let us know about the activity requested and we are more than happy to help you find your desired experience.
How does our payment method work?
Uveler offers you a wide range of payment options, starting with payment on account, credit card or PayPal. Just select the desired "payment method" from the checkout form.
How can I change my activity?
Do you wish to try something new or have you changed your mind about a certain activity? No need to worry! You can change your activity whenever you wish to. Just keep in mind the max-imum allowed cancellation days shown in the activity booked.
Is a booking transferable to another person?
Yes of course! You can purchase an experience for your friends and relatives. All activities can be transferred to other people and may be redeemed by any person. What an amazing gift!
